"Music Under Glass" is a program new in 2009 at the Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory ("The Domes"), part of the Milwaukee County Parks system. It provided a most welcome mid-week break from the challenges of winter. For their final event hundreds of tons of fresh sand was trucked into the Show Dome creating a "beach party" themed environment, which visitors enjoyed greatly. Seeing the other two domes in the evening was a treat as well.

Marty Peck's dramatic new "Domes of Light" lighting installation provided a magical enhancement to the evening performance.
